Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at Swansfield! I am looking forward to working together!
The PTA plays an important part in building a strong school community. To make this happen, we need the support of the entire Swansfield community. Here’s how you can help make this a great year…
-JOIN THE PTA: The easiest way to support the PTA is by becoming a member. PTA membership for 2025-2026 is $10 per person. You can also donate to the PTA.
-ATTEND PTA MEETINGS: PTA meetings will be the first Wednesday of most months at 7:30 p.m. in the SES media center. All PTA meetings will be hybrid this year, allowing you to join in person or online. For those who attend in person, the PTA will provide childcare and snacks. While it is not required for our members to attend meetings, we hope you’ll join us to hear what’s going on, get involved, and build community.
-VOLUNTEER: Throughout the year we will be looking for volunteers to help plan or run activities and events. Be on the lookout for more information via the PTA newsletter that is emailed out every other Friday. You can sign up to do a little job or a big one. There is something for everyone!
The PTA Board has been working hard over the summer to plan a full year of activities that support teachers, enrich student learning, and build community! If you have ideas or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’d love to hear from you.
