For the 2024-2025 school year, your Swansfield PTA membership will be managed through MemberHub.
Here are the steps to join the Swansfield PTA:
- Go to https://swansfield.memberhub.com/store
- Click on your membership category (e.g., Parent/Guardian, Faculty/Staff, Grandparent, or Community)
- Fill in the required contact information and click “Add to Cart” when completed.
- If you wish to add additional memberships to your order (for spouses/partners, other family members, friends, etc.) click back a page, and repeat steps 2 and 3.
- After you’ve added your membership(s) to the cart, you have the option to make an additional (completely optional), tax-deductible donation to the Swansfield PTA. Simply click on “Donations to Swansfield Elementary School PTA” on the Store Items home page.
- PLEASE NOTE: We have priced membership dues for 2024-25 school year at $10 each. Since $4.25 of each $10 membership fee goes directly to the state and national PTA, we depend on additional donations to fund the wonderful programs, activities, and events we are planning this year to support and enrich our students, staff, and school community.
- When you have selected all your memberships/additional donations and are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart in the top right corner.
- On the Shopping Cart screen, review your order, enter your payment information, and click on the “Complete Purchase” button to complete your purchase.
- Check your email for your confirmation and receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, please email membership@swansfieldpta.org.
- Once you have purchased your membership, you can visit http://swansfield.memberhub.com to fully activate your MemberHub account. You will need to select a password and then supply your contact information.
