Fundraising

Monetary Donations

Monetary donations are always accepted and appreciated. Print a donation form and return with your donation to school, attention PTA President. We are a 501(c) (3) non profit organization, and 100% of your donation is tax deductible, to the extent the law allows.

Market Day

Since 1975, Market Day has been helping organizations like ours raise funds. Our goal is to raise $2,000 which will help fund a variety of programs and events sponsored by the PTA.

Every purchase you make will earn 10% - 20% profit for our school, and every product is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee - so you can trust the quality and value of Market Day's grocery items.


It’s easy to participate. Look for the monthly Order Guides in your child’s Monday folder. Simply order online at marketday.com or return the Order Guide in your Monday folder by the due date. The Market Day pick up is typically the following Wednesday, at 5pm at Swansfield. Look for future Order Guides in your Monday folders!
Cash Back Programs
 
These programs generate income for the PTA without costing you a penny. Encourage your friend and relatives to help us out as well.

Rewards Cards


It is very simple to do.  Designate Swansfield Elementary for the cash back rewards at Giant, Safeway (E-Scrip), Harris Teeter, and Target.  Swipe your cards when you shop for groceries, shop via the e-Scrip web site, and use your Target RedCard. The Swansfield school community benefits from the money we earn without spending an extra penny. Last year, we earned nearly $6000, enough to support our Cultural Arts programs for all students at Swansfield.

Box Tops for Education


Clip each "Box Top" you find on many food and other items and send them to school. Each "Box Top" is worth ten (10) cents and they add up fast! Last year, we earned over $800, providing funding for our Family Fun events.

Innisbrook Fundraiser Results

Thank you to all the families who participated in our Innisbrook fundraiser. Our profit from sales and monetary donations totaled approximately $6,500. We had 141 students and several staff members sell Innisbrook items. We also received many monetary donations from families and staff members.

Ms. Orlando’s class had the highest participation. Each student in the class will receive Backpack Max the Monkey (Innisbrook's mascot) to hang from their backpacks.
